Meet Erin G. Rushing, Au.D.

Dr. Erin G. Rushing is the owner and founder of Comprehensive Hearing Solutions in Houma, LA, where she is dedicated to improving the hearing health and overall quality of life of her patients throughout the Bayou region.

Dr. Rushing earned her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2012. During her studies, she was honored with the LSUHSC School of Allied Health Professions Chancellor’s Award for scholarship, leadership, and professional excellence — a testament to her commitment to excellence in audiology.

Before opening her own practice, Dr. Rushing practiced at Creel Hearing Center in Metairie, LA, where she gained extensive clinical experience in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fittings, and rehabilitative audiology.

She also holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in biology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, giving her a strong scientific foundation for her patient-centered approach to care.

Since founding Comprehensive Hearing Solutions in 2016, Dr. Rushing has been passionate about helping individuals rediscover the joy of sound through personalized treatment, advanced technology, and compassionate care. Her mission is to ensure every patient receives exceptional service and lasting hearing improvement.
