Dear Valued Patient,
We are currently conducting face-to-face appointments. If you have been waiting to call for services or supplies, we are here to help. Please don’t hesitate to call!
We are taking the following precautions to keep you safe during your time with us:
Our office will be open by appointment only. Please call our office to make appropriate arrangements at (985) 262-7335.
Masks are required to enter our clinic.
We are allowing a guest to attend appointments, but they must wear a mask and pass the screening questions before entry.
We will review the screening questions recommended by the CDC before entry to the office. If you fail the screening questions, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
If you are feeling ill or exhibiting outward symptoms on the day of your appointment, please call us to reschedule.
If you show up for your appointment appearing sick, we will ask you to leave and reschedule.
We are thoroughly sanitizing patient areas between appointments.
We do offer contactless drop-off and pick-up for hearing aid repairs and supplies. We also provide telehealth appointments via our secure system.
