COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update from Comprehensive Hearing Solutions

Dear Valued Patient,
We are excited to announce that starting May 4, we will resume face-to-face appointments! You’ll be able to schedule appointments for: hearing tests, device fittings and hearing aid programming.
When possible, arrangements will be made to deliver care or supplies using contactless methods.
We want you to feel healthy and safe, which is why we are taking the following precautions:
Our office will be open by appointment only. To limit the amount of foot traffic, we are not accepting walk-ins at this time and our doors will remain locked during business hours. Please call our office to make arrangements at (985) 262-7335
Before entry to the office, we will review questions recommended by the CDC before your appointment.
As we are following CDC guidelines, visitors will not be allowed during your appointment except for necessary caregivers. Only the patient and one necessary caregiver should attend the appointment. The visitor must also pass pre-appointment screening.
If you are feeling ill or exhibiting outward symptoms, please call us to reschedule your appointment. If you show up for your appointment appearing ill, we will ask you to leave and reschedule your appointment.
We continue to offer a contactless drop-off and pick-up for hearing aid repairs and supplies and telehealth appointments via our secure system or telephone calls to troubleshoot your devices or symptoms.
